There is a cleaning fee of $185 for all stays.

January - April:

Nightly price is for up to 6 guests. There is a $25 per person per night fee for 7-10 guests

$250 a night (Sunday through Thursday)

$275 a night (Friday through Saturday)

Weekend of FEB 18th (President’s Day) is a 3-night minimum

May:

Nightly price is for up to 6 guests. There is a $25 per person per night fee for 7-10 guests

$275 a night (Sunday through Wednesday)

$325 a night (Thursday through Saturday)

Memorial Day weekend (3 night minimum) $450 a night
